I don't see an RS coming. 6b AS 3.6 OS gives him time enough to put this next deal in place and get it rolling. The big note holder isn't destroying the stock by rolling the note over in large chunks. The conversions that happen on that note are small pieced, mostly to collect interest and a very small portion of the principal. Berge is systemically taking the other notes off the books. I believe he is actually trying to get his debt under control for the first time in a long time. Well in 3 years anyway.

Like I have been saying, I would expect to see AS raised before Berge does another RS. 6B is not an alarming number for the AS of an OTC stock.

Its an opportunity IMO.
