One thing to consider is mostly existential. I believe that both Stewart and Jeffrey are in their 60's. They own about 35 percent of the shares outstanding. I really don't think they would allow this company to just wonder aimlessly at this point. I sense some sort of transition which would affect either ownership or share price. There has to be some LED company that would want entry into the big box stores and would like to license the CPC technology.
