If you feel the BOD does not deserve compensation for its effort in salvaging yours, theirs and everybody's investment in MDMN from extinction, then I have nothing further to debate with you on that topic.

And MDMN does NOT have a joint venture with Auryn. MDMN is merely a shareholder. By your logic, that means that MDMN would also have a joint venture with AMNP and CDCH because they are a shareholder for those companies. And by analogy, it also means that YOU would have a joint venture with MDMN because you are a shareholder in MDMN.
