Just an FYI I know about 100 institutional investors and none would touch this with a ten foot pole

sorry but the reality is no one is taking out those notes in default for equity are they?

institutions hold those notes - so if institutions hold those notes, clearly they can invest in risky companies right? and in fact holding notes for a company with no revenue is more risky that holding equity! LOL..

Many players in this sector play in the micro caps - AGAIN just because 2 people you may know say THEY cannot does not mean others cannot

Who exactly do you think WDDD was selling previous offerings to sir? Chet and fred on etrade? LOL - no sir they sold them to institutions, the problem is now, no one WANTS their equity for a REASON - which has been explained. This is why notes go in default for companies that require equity financing for cash right? see how that chain works sir?

Need equity for cash
In past insitutions bought offerings
Now they will not
With no cash you cannot pay notes
notes go into default
No one is willing to take out those notes for equity
Means no institutions want the equity

This is a very simple logical issue sir- sorry! Oh and please do ask the 'institutions you know' what notes in default signify for a company lol- I am sure you left that important tidbit out.

And to our other friend

Using "tricks" is a sure fire way to lose a fortune or get arrested for illegally manipulating stock... recognize this tactic and avoid Tricksters..

When someone says the trick to making money is reading the market they don't mean tricking and manipulating, it is quite clear the point of that statement so I am not sure why it was confusing to you , the correct english interpretation is very straight forward it means the 'manner in which' to make money in the market is to read what the market is telling you

But happy to help you understand basics as always!
