I don’t agree! As long as the employees do the required training of the policies and procedures of Xtra, they would be able to work for them. It’s not like Songbird is flying, so no conflict with working too many hours. It would be like someone getting laid off from Delta and going to work for Spirit Airline until Delta called them back. That employee has already done the training of Songbirds policies and procedures and would be able to work again for Songbird with minimal if any training. I know it can be done!
