If the company needed to raise say $100,000 fast, how long do you think it would take them to do so and what impact would that have on the price?
I have a feeling that is what is happening. They need funds to kick production into high gear AND there was something about a $100,000 payment they need to make due to not reaching the phase trials for another drug.
I say they are selling 10-20 million shares for capital to do those two things. Maybe more but I think that would be enough and could explain the price drop. The question would be when will it be over because after that we run for sure on any sales figures.
