CEI should get to 'shake a leg' on the AH ER and CEO letter to shareholders. Worth watching.

OPTT - big pullback from the high and in the AH on offering announcement. Interestingly, it comes just before Friday's CC with shareholders on current company events and new patent award. Might be worth a grab if PPS remains near $1.5 without trending lower.
