I have never seen any pilots flying for two 121 carriers at the same time. When you switch from one to another you have to go through the entire initial training specifically approved for the new airline... usually six weeks of training. This is by regulation.
Flight Attendants and Dispatchers, same thing except not as long.
It would seem very easy to switch back and forth but its not. Nothing is easy in the 121 world.
