This has been posted a fair number of times. You are considering this only now? Too much for me to rehash at the moment.

I will simply state that IMVSO the page would have been completely removed rather than merely edited (edited in such fashion as to indicate an intent for the company to remain a viable public entity) had they planned to close the doors. IMVSO (although I am hardly an attorney) leaving this page the way it is currently presented would be fraudulent, a blatant misrepresentation, and a deliberate manipulation if they were not intending for the stock to survive.

One additional consideration... Wouldn't it have been SIMPLER to delete/hide the page entirely rather than spend time on edits? Hmm??

Please also keep in mind they have never publicized the new ownership on the website. I would expect this to be a formal requirement due to Neom's public status. They could muster the resources to edit the entire website, yet not post the simple change of status on the Home Page?? Apologies, I stand resolute in my view
