There is a lot of merit to that post.
However, How did the competitive UV company manage to sell so many robots?
How did any of the Russel 2000 companies get started?
More than likely, a 5 year guarantee would be enough to sell a machine, considering that a better technology will likely come into the Market sooner.
When you spend $30,000 on a vehicle, you know that this vehicle might only last 10 years before you sink thousands of dollars into repairs. At that point, you will purchase another, more reliable car.
A 5 year guarantee should be adequate to satisfy a hospital.
I think once there are some sales, many contracts will follow.
