Take Himatsingka agreement for example: they are licensed for Pima and using the CertainT guarantee.
They have many large customers including Calvin Klein.

In the case of Wamsutta, those fabrics may be produced by a mill associated with Dreyfus.
None of this has been spelled out.

However, anyone in the design industry for clothing or household linens is always planning for the next year. Production in these industries proceeds the retail by at least 6 months.

If this agreement with Wamsutta is an open P.O. type, then they have their mill orders for next spring already issued. This requires new purchase orders, letters of credit , etc to be issued now for next spring.

I believe Wamsutta and Himatsingka have had their order at the gins for marked Pima for some time now.

What the total of those orders is.....that we don’t know. APDN does know.

Those are the cotton PRs that are unissued.
