The only details he's ever given out were "we've received questions from FINRA and are working them" or "we've submitted answers to FINRA and are awaiting approval/additional comments".

Very interesting that he is not commenting. I don't read this as ominous. This could mean FINRA has approved and name/ticker change is imminent - in which case he couldn't tell us and would need to default to "no comment".

When I spoke to RO a couple of days ago, he "felt good" about our cavity search being completed and FINRA approving things in the very near term.

It'll happen when it happens. Not holding my breath, I am confident we'll get the change and news will follow.
