No james that has nothing to do with owning 5% and having to file right away. If Adage get`s their ownership below 5% than we won`t know what their buys and sells are until the tute % report comes out in November,and that one`s for the 3rd qtr.,so what`s happening now would`nt be in it. 10% ownership requires a different form but does`nt change the time frame in which it has to be filed,2 or3 biz days. Point is if Adage is just below 10% now,it`ll just be a different form,but we`ll still know about any buys or sells right away,and that`s why I posted about this in the first place.
