Well said Nebraskan. Exactly my sentiments. Like the old commercial, "fix it and forget it." This is not a stock that has to be obsessed about on a daily basis. And people shouldn't be concerned there going to lose all their money. Airing calamitous predictions is borne out of fear not reality. And besides, Mark Smith has millions invested so if anyone should be worrying it would be Mark but from what we all could see in his interview with Proactive Investor, he was upbeat and positive. If people need to calm down, perhaps they should watch the video again. As Mark said, "Financing activities are in full swing." Who are you going to believe, Mark Smith or some trouble makers who jump on this board and try to distort reality.

I also want to say that to some degree, it is the NioCorp IHUB members who created this share price. Namely by entertaining the trio of manipulators on this board. You all know who they are. They all came on this board to "eat your lunch" and quite frankly, they did an excellent job. It was only a few people on this board who called them out on what they were trying to do, namely, to drive the share price down through distorting facts about the company. Whether it was done out of spite or short selling, it didn't matter, the damage has already been done. I can't believe that other investors would try to rationalize with these folks. As if they cared what anybody thought. Their tactics were right out of the short and distort playbook which I highlighted a week ago or so.

As soon as the Governor of Nebraska announced his support and letter to Congress, the menacing trio went to work to disparage the Governor and NioCorp. And throughout the Town Hall meeting, they were sowing doubts and lies on this board about NioCorp while the conference was being aired on a teleconference call worldwide. In my opinion, the longs and others who own NioCorp did an insufficient job kicking these manipulators off this board. Just the opposite, they treated them like guests. What they didn't realize is, that NioCorp was under a relentless attack so that these folks could drive the price down and make off with your profit.

Folks just have to decide that if they want to see the price reverse, we all have to unite against these manipulators coming on this forum to disparage what is actually a great company and a great opportunity. You all want to make money honestly, by investing your hard earned money in to this company and to let your money grow as the project develops, financing takes place, the mine is built, materials are extracted and sales commence. Unfortunately, not everyone feels that way about making money. Some turn to the dark side. We don't have to give them a microphone or a bull horn.

In my opinion, if you want to see the share price reverse, 1.) watch what you say. Even if your frustrated or scared, if your going to have a meltdown, go punch a wall not the company or the share price on this board. It's counterproductive, it's not helpful and you are only creating a climate of fear. 2.) Be patient, remind yourself of the fundamentals of the project and know in your heart, these matters just simply take time. 3.) If you notice someone trying to short and distort the stock, and we all know who these folks are, WE, as a collective of investors need to ALL drive these people off of this message board. Don't leave it up to just 1 or 2 people to defend your investment. You are responsible for the health of your stock. Don't dump this responsibility on to 1 or 2 people to defend this stock against manipulators. and 4.) Stop thinking that somehow these manipulators can be reasoned with. Remind yourself that what they are trying to do is drive the share price down with "short and distort" tactics. If you don't believe me, then read this article again and see if you don't recognize the same arguments and catch phrases being used to sow discontent and provoke people to sell.

Don't buy it! If your proud of your stock, say it. If you think someone is trying to attack the stock, band together, call them on their distortion and try to get them removed from this board, permanently.

We can turn this share price around. It gets down who owns the conversation about NioCorp? Are you going to let the short sellers win and dominate the discussion or are WE as a collective of long term investors going to band together, take control of the narrative, prevent further sell off and attract new and old investors back to this investment. The fate of the stock, at least until financing begins, is up to YOU!
