yup..
Old main took over an interest only long term loan from TCA, and olso gave them conversion right on any debt bought back from that outstanding.. this year alone they took lots of principal out so the next due interest is going to be lower next year.. other then that.. just what on that sheet
the sept 43K note from power UP is out.. was converted at 0011 for about 25mils.. that came though as t forms
and the dec one is on 18th or 20 due .. but just 30K.. if the pps goes up.. is going to be less less dilutive..
