Our case has been over with BP. Nothing short of a hail Mary will help us with this one. Just thinking from the perspective of the people who own hipp I would not be in any hurry to make an offer for the patents and nols. Even if I was interested. I would take as long as possible. They are aware that old shareholders are getting frustrated and they might just do something stupid like have their shares removed as worthless. Less shareholders means smaller payout. My advice is hold on to your shares, just let them sit.
