The most interesting part of that is a clarification (for me at least) on exactly what EU wants. It suggests they want detailed GOG data on the other trials...not just final printouts used to compare against...but probably details on the tests themselves and their setup. I am guessing if that GOG data demonstrates that AXAL really was superior on a (proverbial) apples-to-apples basis that would greatly enhance possibility of approval. This delay may end up saving ADXS one of those 3 month timeouts. That would be very positive.

On the other hand, when it comes to Adage, IR appears to have been wrong almost everytime they have been asked to comment about them. Hans might be right, but he should have the data he needs to know exactly. Not issue an "I think" type of statement. If I interpreted his remarks incorrectly my apologies to him in advance.
