I'm not as smart as LTGL, but think for just a second. Why would Mark Zuckerburg IPO his company instead of just keeping it to himself? Because the stock being bought and sold amounts to many Billions than the company sitting in his hands. Wang no doubt has millions of shares and once traded on the open market he stands to gain a great deal more as a result...and can still bee CEO...win win
