They should both absolutely do great from the JV. The market cap, in the long run, will be all that matters. Structure may cause some incongruity in the shorter term. I am leaning on Emerald now with oil extraction, higher potential margins, their own grow sites, etc. Overall, it's a great JV. Birds of a feather.
