Pilots, FAs and Dispatchers are not interchangeable between Part 121 carriers without substantial regulatory training. Just doesn't work that way. The airlines have to be totally separated to keep the certificate alive. Retired flier is correct in my opinion.
Plus from some other pilot forums, XTra is having a tough time keeping enough pilots to fly their own routes.
But we'll see in a few days right?
