Yup, Cheap, fractions of pennies...yup that's why I'm playing them. Greater chance for potential. I think that's kind of the point. Someone has to buy the shares, which BTW makes PPS rise. So If I was a betting man, I think, financially speaking, I would buy at these prices...or is "Buy Low/Sale High," not the name of the game anymore?
