First off, there is no way to gauge how long this "should" take for symbol. So your opinion of 2 weeks to 2 months is just that, an opinion, founded on zero knowledge as you don't know what all they had to review. That is unless you work for the company or finra? Second, if finra was going to reject the application then don't you think that would have happened already? As you pointed out it's been under review for 6 months. If there was enough of an issue to reject the app., I believe finra is smart enough to have known that by now. After all, their job is to protect investors as quickly as possible not after 6 months. I do agree with you about the pps manipulation gonzilee, but that is just inherent to the market. Happens to all stocks, just part of it.
