Hi everybody, read a article about the Company and collaboration with it`s Water Development partner. It stated "Genesis  granted potential worldwide exclusivity in return for a 10% sales royalty on battery-grade lithium carbonate sold."

I`m not sure what this means, anybody care to explain in simple Words ?

The deal between the to partners is essential, for attracting big investments/instituional consideration.

One Always have to look at the competion and customers - is this new Tech strong enough to compete with todays producers ?

The customer wants the best price, how crucial will the grade and quality be - depending on what applications are targeted ?
