Wow 12:30 est and no trades! I guess all those institutions aren't smart enough to want WDDD or maybe buyers are somehow being manipulated into NOT buying this stock due Billions?? uh huh...

LOL smh.....trick of making money in the market? read what the market is telling you

oh and p.s on the 'roll over debate' I've addressed many times sigh

1. The company stated they notes ARE BEING PAID OUT - they mention this because THEY ARE BEING PAID OUT- this is material to their business given they have no revenue and the 'relative' size of the financial burden

2. As such, if they were being rolled over they would inform shareholders via a filing lol - they HAVE NOT

3. The fact they state in their 10Q they are being paid out means (again) THEY HAVE DISCUSSED THIS WITH NOTEHOLDERS - WHEN NOTES ARE IN DEFAULT YOU ACTUALLY DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH NOTEHOLDERS, YOU DON'T JUST MAKE A STATEMENT IN A 10Q LOL -suggesting or implying noteholders have not been part of the decision is nonsensical and not aligned with factual realities of financings.

4. The note in the 10Q does indeed state (or by settlement), however, when notes are in default and asking to be paid out, this suggests investors want their money back sooner rather than later. Given (by all indications) this would need to go to district court, then appeals etc, before even seeing a cent, it is unlikely those wanting to be repaid now will wait years.

Noteholders loan money for a certain period at a certain rate, if waiting to be repaid their return decreases and in this case could end up being negative on a real basis if they are waiting that long, moreover there is the opportunity cost of deploying that capital elsewhere- investors dont want that.

5. On the point of institutional investors cannot invest at this level, please refer to my past posts on the subject, that statement is incorrect - and clearly institutional investors hold the notes so they CAN and do invest.

There are many funds in the micro cap space, and this $5 hurdle/penny stock issue is an old wives tale about the stodgy old 'fidelity' type and university endowment type investors. The market is much more diverse now and reality is many hedge funds are price agnostic, they go where they see opportunity.

Good luck!
