Seems that way, perhaps only after Dec 8th prehearing would a revocation hearing be scheduled, guessing about that.

At the end of the last order it shows some glimpse that it could all be resolved before then...

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing is POSTPONED sine die, and a prehearing conference shall be held by telephone on December 8, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. EST, if the proceeding has not been resolved by then.
