Hope you all read the DD, things are in the works...I'm currently looking as to which other companies are likely to be rolled into BYOC.

I expect filings to be uploaded scatter shot style, so all delinquent forms will be uploaded at one time, with a SEC type-1 form following shortly after the stop sign is removed. BYOC will then become registered with the SEC and the merger will take place.

The merger will be consolidated with a super 8k, and if the intent is to uplist to NASDAQ we will see at least 2 things: (1) 2 years of audited financials from all subsidiaries rolling into BYOC, (2) likely a share retirement courtesy of George Pursglove
