He hasn't run away in disgrace yet, like so many other scumbags blowhards that want to play the game.

I highly doubt the move from .005 to .03 hurt shareholders that much...lol....

And the " real " picture is this, money is tight, bills and payments are always delayed to preserve cash, and use it for the business.

Desirable financing could not be secured, but, and this is a HUGE but, there's been no dilution for 2 years.

Not the perfect business to have to maintain, but it did preserve shareholder value. Everyone knows a true Captain does everything possible to keep the ship afloat, well some do. Others try and bullshit the public for years then run and hide. I guess that's " honorable ".....lol....I call it hypocrisy.

Still waiting to hear how the managers benefited from any of this proposed merger ? And some proof that it was a completely made up scam would really be appreciated.
