Well, I pray you’re right. But, it only takes one claim to be instituted. It’s possible but, not likely. Our Responses are strong but, it only takes one claim. It’s not difficult to get an IPR instituted.

If they run the tables and get all five IPR’s denied and a successful IPR trial, then it’s a whole new ball game.

The trial is of the utmost importance to win. Any instituted IPR’s will more than likely settle if VPLM wins the Apple trial. IMHO

Be prepared for an Appeal. Then pray the Oil States Trial is ruled unconstitutional.
