For what it's worth, this is an email I sent to KBLB via the Contact Us area of the Kraiglabs.com website:

This is obviously born out of the frustration that many of us feel. It doesn't mean I'm bashing or that I've lost faith. I just believe that the Kim and the rest of them need to know the thoughts of those who they claim to value.

"To whoever reads these:

I am what I would consider a sizeable shareholder (several hundred thousand shares) and have been for about 4 years now. I am active within the KBLB shareholder community, and I am compelled to tell you that you are steadily losing the confidence of even your most loyal shareholders. The same shareholders that you so patronizingly praised in your recent PR.

Such PRs have actually contributed to the unease and, frankly, distrust among the shareholders. Phrases such as "to the best of our knowledge" and "we believe" et al wreak of "lawyer-speak" and the kind of talk used by politicians to give themselves an escape hatch when things don't go as planned.

To be very frank with you, we have faith in the ideas and technology of KBLB, but have dwindling faith -- or in many cases no faith -- in the leadership. One announcement after another seems to only inch us toward the goals; they're filled with language like "preparing to ramp up" and "scouting a site for such and such." These do not fill us with confidence.

What shareholders are desperate to know is the status of things like the Army contract; what's going on at Warwick Mills; at what quantities can you produce actual silk; what's going on with this apparel manufacturer that has been hinted at over the years?

The lack of information -- I'll rephrase: meaningful information -- is what has caused the stagnation of the share price. This is especially confounding because we know that management has to occasionally sell large quantities of shares to generate funds for operations; why in the world wouldn't you make a better effort to improve the share price?! And of course I don't mean to prop it up or pump it up; that does no one any good.

That said, I still have very much confidence in Kraig Labs. I have for years believed in your potential. Please consider my words and know that for many shareholders, myself included, our resolve may be weakening.

Regards,
