Only a couple million move SCTN up a tick unlike most down in trip land. A great majority of stocks take hundreds of millions of shares to even move up a tick, and, are diluted to hell to boot.

Historical she's traded very lightly . In the past year (April) she ran from 4s to 12s on 24 or so million volume. http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/sctn/historical (I like to share my DD sources - I have a science background). Yesterday was the highest volume she's traded since then in fact. Interest in SCTN has been higher in the past month or two which is exciting here!

Based on historical records and historical trade activity, O/S shouldn't be far off from 580 million. Like everything, everyone should do their own DD and not take the word of some random guy on the internet. No one's intelligence is insulted if they manage their own funds responsibly. ;)
