But since the defendant has not shown up in court I have no choice but to award you your claims and deny the counter suit.

In the scenario I have laid out that would be Currah's part.

The next week or so following this Potts would sieze control..

Potts would pay Scott and Currah their shares and cash.
Then potts would vote to sell the asset to RP Capital for .000x a share

Currah's shares are now worthless.
He (and you) now are paid $100 per million shares and your shares are canceled.

Potts and his company's unknown officers... let's call him Ban Dyrns now "have the rocks".
They walk away with your asset.

No suit possible.
