To answer my own question posted some time ago without response, mdmn management took 1 percent of mdmn's 27.5 percent interest in auryn as compensation. With 3 billion mdmn outstanding, that's equivalent to 109,090,909 shares or $500,000 assuming a .045 per share mdmn price.

(3 billion/27.5 = 109 million) 109 million x .0045 = $500,000

Does anyone recall what percentage of mdmn's ownership interest auryn mdmn management awarded themselves as compensation?
