strength and legality, where they are not.

I can envision Tom explaining: 'It is bravatek's desire to reach the NASDAQ. Due to the current share price, this is not possible. Therefore we have applied to FINRA for a reverse split to move the price to an acceptable range. I know in the past we have indicated a desire to avoid a reverse split, but at this time, we find it necessary, so we can move to the higher exchange.'
