Totally agree 3 $ with no financing and triple with financing, but why is the PPS still a this lowest level, project is de-risked, feasibility study finished, if 3,0 USD would be the price for buy-out, everybody should be buying at this moment, but is not happening ... any one can give an explanation ?
My opinion is that they have NOW a bid for a buy-out, but it is not high enough for Mark, he wants to make us ALL happy :)
