A non disclosure agreement is standard alongside a letter of intent. So there is no way either party would discuss details with shareholders. I know a few people who spoke with Santo CEO, and all he could tell them was that due diligence was ongoing. From tweet this morning, he is currently in China with Canoe Pool doing just that!
