Pottsy as Chairman of Nio Star negotiated with himself to give himself 51% of the Nemegosenda property, if his $250k loan is not repaid.

RP Capital's agreement has not been filed or disclosed or been approved by SRSR's shareholder's via a shareholder vote which it must be as Nemegosenda is the only asset of SRSR/Nio Star and cannot be transferred without shareholder approval.

SRSR shareholders have not even seen this alleged agreement the whole scheme is beyond execution.
