I wrote about this in July. And here it is again..

If you read the attached article. I think you'll agree to its pertinacity

"Lighthouse owns a pair of struggling coal mines, one in Wyoming and the other in Montana, and its entire business model hinges on exporting coal into seaborne markets that are now badly oversupplied with cheap coal."

(Well written. May help evaluate risk/reward)

Black Butte mine is in Wyoming.
Decker mine is in Montana.
Both in the Powder River Basin.

I'm guessing Wyoming and Matt Mead, along with Louise Carter-King and a few others, were easier to deal with over Steve Bullock and the Montana crew..

This would explain our 50/50 Wyoming royalties. Maybe?

"Black Butte mine is in the Green River Basin in southwest Wyoming.

Black Butte is a 50/50 joint venture between Lighthouse Resources and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Lighthouse Resources operates the mine and is responsible for marketing"

If this were true. We'd be in a 50/50 with a $28 billion company.
Black butte mine

P.S. Lighthouse is owned by yep,
Resource Capital Corp. (5th Ave N.Y.)

Didn't the recent Crain's article mention Eves wanted to to Madison Ave to be closer to his investors?
Is a block and a half close enough?
Lol

Good luck y'all:)
