TD Bank? Are they a scam?
Yale University?
They use quotemedia data in their education and training classes.
QMCI has been quietly working on their data delivery systems over the past year and I have seen the tweaks and updates first hand over the last year.

No convertible notes outstanding.
No preferred shares issued or outstanding.
Officers maintain controlling interest through common shares like all other shareholders.
