APRU is in Florida, I'm in Florida, and I wish the medical market was up and running already but the state has dragged their feet the whole way on medical Marijuana. Florida did vote to legalize the medical use of it, and then lawmakers stated it must be medically taken in some form other than smoking. There were something like 5 dispensaries or growers licenses in the state already grandfathered in, and they're only issuing 1 more license per 100,000 registered medical users or something of that nature. The lawmakers don't seem to realize what voters passed, and they're completely clueless to the will of the people.
