Yes everything you are saying is true. These guys a clowns. So laughable. They are not anyones fiduciary but their own. Anyone supporting them has a high likelihood of being one of them. No intelligent investor can look at Cardinal and see anything positive. They have done nothing to prove their worthiness. No updates, delinquent filings, losing wells, inability to drill, pump and sell oil and hand full of lawsuits.
Seriously anyone posting positive feedback needs to confirm they are not Cardinal employees past or present and have no relationship to them. This is what scammers do, they lie and lie and lie.
Listen to InvestorVeritas and TDbowieknife.. They have presented overwhelming evidence. The cheerleaders have nothing. Its time for Cardinal to man up and give the investors the updates and honesty we deserve. We gave them our money. When they needed it they were always available. Now they are MIA. Classic actions of a scam.
