Well, that was a few days ago, after hearing from other members that they got negative merger answers from Canoe.

I didn't want to stay blinded, so emailed Canoe and SANP myself. I never heard back from SANP but received 2 email responses from Canoe, giving negative responses about the merger.

So as long as the co's are giving different answers, One of them was NOT telling the truth. If Canoe is saying "NO COOPERATION" with SANP" why would they say that if they were planing on merging? They would just say, "can't give details, check the pr news" or something similar.

Why don't you email/contact both co's yourself and find out first hand?
