While I am a believer here it is IMO you have this wrong. With a 45% discount I believe it would be at the time of the deal which clearly was.01 and this discount would put the PPS at .0055 and a discount of 25% giving a PPS of .0004125 Thus I have 725k/.004125=175 Mil shares. However it is IMO the necessary evil needed to be debt driven to revenue driven. Here is the close PPS since the deal was signed. As the PPS was rounded up or down I amusing .01 and not exact closing that could affect actual dilution and the terms after closing.
