I asked Mr. Terry a question in regards to their relationship with Patriot Group International and the contested contract. Here is his response.

Do you still have a strong working relationship with Patriot Group International and if you had heard anything more about the 25 million dollar contract that was put on hold! I assume we re-bid on it and wondered if any decision had been made! Thanks in advance!

Yes, we are a sub contractor to Patriot Group on one airborne surveillance contract.

The Navy contract that you are referring to was protested three times by the incumbent contractor. We actually were awarded the contract twice. Unfortunately, the third protest was upheld by the GAO and now we continue to wait on the reissuance of the RFP associated with the program. It was expected to be released in September but we have not yet heard the reason for the delay or a new timeline.
