So quadrupling the OS is a good thing? I thought there was a billionaire owner. Why doesn't he finance the Company? Hmmmmmmm. Guess he has no faith in getting his money back. 60 million shares for the financing deal, and another 77 million the owner will convert beginning 2018. That's 137 million. Right now it's 17 million. So 154 million OS that's almost 9 times the current share structure. Maybe that's why no volume and price nose diving.
