Tell me this: If they have so many buyers lining up, why can't they show proof of that to a non-dilutive lender and get funding to finance the lab and kitchen?
And if they own 65% of the OS why can't they use those shares as equity for a loan without doubling the AS? They could easily do that and then pay themselves back with cash plus interest when the profits roll in, if there are ever profits. That would show good business sense and shareholder loyalty. Increasing the AS to 6B was a stab in the back to shareholders and casts extreme doubt on whether or not they still have a crop worth harvesting.
