Jp2011, I don't know much about PRTK, but according to the Bloomberg report on Anip, Anip seem much more committed saying that a formal sale process may begin in the next couple of weeks. PRTK looked like it was kicking tires.

We also know about the activity around Libigel (New patent, dropping the trademark, etc...) is consistent with a deal for Libigel. The quiet period would also be consistent with a deal.
