If I were Eddie, I would do a 1:1,000 and clean up the share structure.

Remember, GAAP requires MYEC to have a minimum reserve for share to be issued for existing converts.

MYEC does not presently have that much room.

Although Methhead did not disclose the discount rate, its probably between 50-75%.
