In addition to accepting the resignation of Rex Washburn from the position of director due to compelling health issues, the company’s board has accepted the nomination of Bryan Porto as its newest board director. Porto brings more than three decades of senior executive experience to the RJD Green team, having previously served as an officer and board director for companies in both the public and private sectors.
