James, why do you continue to mislead investors? First it was a president/CFO, then it was audited financials and a potential uplisting and then it was the conference call garbage. Why havent biodynamics or igot420 showed up on any earnings reports if they are subsidaries? What happened to all of these multi million dollar PRs? None of them have showed up. Might be time for new leadership. Please consider following up on what you PR and get some help because clearly this business model isnt working.

Biodynamics aquisition was a large amount of shares based on performance
So before I close transaction I too want these big deals come thru first They have a lot of obstacles to overcome funding ,land search , planning departments to approve This is out of our control
We get clients that want our services and we put months of work on vegetable Greenhouse designs for there projects so before we can give them our designs we contract them and it triggers a material event that we have to either do a press release or 8k That’s regulations not set by GRNH
Igot420 is our tennant not a subsidiary of Greengro

Sadly a lot of my accusations are actually true. I understand some of what you are saying with the press release/8k and igot420 so thank you for that explaination. I may suggest that in the future an 8K is better than another PR because the PRs are being ignored. But I dont know how you can defend yourself for saying a year ago that you were interviewing potetial CFOs and that an announcment was upcoming only to say months later that you didnt need a CFO anymore. Tell me more about the lack of Conference Call that was actually announced in a PR? I remain a shareholder, granted a frustrated one, and want nothing more than for this company to succeed. I look forward to seeing the audited financials, uplist, conference call and for those large deals to show up in the books. I will take a back seat for now and will allow you some time to make these things happen. Good luck James.
