I don't know what the US SEC equivalent is to the NI 43-101, nor do I know what the claim is that they have failed to file. My point is that the SEC may require a particular report but the CAR requires something else. NEWC has met the CAR requirement for consideration of the mining permit application.

I am trying to simply correct the accusation that NEWC has not met the requirements for a mining permit.
